We already spend too much time staring at our moniters, so why not spend a little more? Now, instead of heading home, hopping into bed, and snuggling up with a good book, we can snuggle up with our...laptops.
Penguin has begun a series of stories that take place purely online, called We Tell Stories. The first book in the series is called 'The 21 Steps' and is told by following the story across maps of the world supplied by Google Maps. A series of familiar bubbles and markers pop up that you can read, explore, and follow into the next chapter.
Turning the page is now as simple as clicking 'next.' I know I'm intrigued.
